How to Get There

By Car

Navigate to Domaine de Massembre. A parking ticket is required and can be purchased in our ticket shop.

Planning to sleep in your car or camper? You'll need a campervan ticket. We strongly encourage carpooling.

By Public Transport

Take the train to Dinant.

From Dinant, take bus 154a to "HEER Faubourg."

From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Space Safari.

By Plane

Both Brussels Airport and Charleroi Airport are located at a similar distance from Space Safari.

Tickets

Through our ticket shop, you can purchase a ticket for Space Safari 2026. A festival ticket includes three days of Space Safari and camping access for tents. We do not sell day tickets in advance.

Parking

If you arrive by car, a parking ticket is required. If you plan to sleep in your car or campervan, you must purchase a campervan ticket.

Internet & Connection

Internet and mobile phone reception at Space Safari can be a bit unreliable. Please download your ticket(s) in advance on your phone before arriving.

Camping

Camping is included with your festival ticket. Bring your own tent and camping gear. Showers and toilets are available on site.

Glass

Glass is prohibited across the entire festival site for your safety and for the animals that regularly graze in these areas.

Media Policy

By purchasing a ticket and entering Space Safari, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the public. This material may be used for promotional purposes.

Can I bring my own sound system or generator to the camping area?

Personal sound systems and generators are not allowed. Let’s respect the peace and comfort of your neighbours.

Can I bring my pet to Space Safari?

Pets are not allowed. Festivals can be overwhelming and unsafe for them.

Are minors allowed at the festival?

No. Space Safari is strictly an 18+ event.

How can I buy tickets for Space Safari?

Are there single-day tickets available?

We do not sell day tickets in advance. Only full festival passes are available.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Tickets at the door are subject to availability. We recommend purchasing in advance to guarantee entry.

Can I camp in a tent next to my car?

Camping is in a designated area separate from parking. You'll need to carry your gear to the camping zone.

Can I bring my children?

NO, Space Safari is an 18+ event.

Can I bring my camera?

Small personal cameras are allowed, but professional equipment and cameras on the dancefloor are not permitted.

Is there a festival map?

Yes, a festival map will be available on our website and at the entrance closer to the event date.

When will the timetable be announced?

The full timetable will be announced approximately 2-3 weeks before the festival. Stay tuned to our social media for updates.

TOP-UP

4. Request a Refund

After the festival, request a refund for any unspent balance through our refund portal.

Space Safari uses a cashless top-up system.

Through the dashboard on this page, you can register your ticket online and load prepaid credit onto your cashless account before arriving at the festival. This lets you dive straight into food and drinks without queuing — and for every €20 you top-up in advance, you’ll receive an extra €1 bonus.

You can also add funds on site using cash, card, or a banking app at one of the physical top-up stations located near each bar area.

Once your account is topped up, you’re ready to go. Simply tap your wristband at the payment terminals at our bars and food stalls, and the amount will be automatically deducted from your balance. Quick, easy, and seamless.

After the festival, you can request a refund for any unspent balance starting Monday 7 September at 12:00. The refund portal closes on Sunday 20 September at 23:59.

After the refund period, refunds are not possible anymore. If you have any problems with the refund request on our website, please send an email to info@space-safari.com during the refund period. Emails with refund requests sent after the refund period are too late and will not be answered.

Why do you use a cashless bracelet system?

We use a cashless bracelet system because it’s convenient, safe, and reliable — even in areas with limited internet access.

You only need to top-up once and can keep the bracelet safely with you, so there’s no need to carry cash or your wallet around. If you lose your bracelet, the funds can be tracked and transferred.

The system works completely offline, which is essential since internet connectivity on-site is very limited. Once the funds are on the bracelet, no internet connection is needed for transactions.

We also use a cup deposit system. With the bracelet, cup deposits can be refunded easily, without the need for cash or separate tokens.

Why is there a minimum top-up of €10 when paying by card?

To keep queues at the top-up points moving smoothly, card payments have a minimum top-up amount of €10. This avoids many small transactions and helps reduce waiting times. From €10 onwards, you can choose any amount you like when paying by card.

Why do I need to top-up in multiples of €10 when paying in cash?

Cash top-ups are limited to multiples of €10 to reduce the amount of change needed. This makes transactions faster, helps avoid mistakes, and ensures a smoother and more accurate final cash reconciliation.

Why can’t refunds be processed automatically?

We need your bank account number to process refunds to the correct account. Some visitors top-up using cash, while others may receive funds from friends. Because of this, it’s impossible for us to automatically know where the remaining balance should be refunded.

Why is there a limited refund period?

All refunds are processed in one batch at the same time. No payments can be made until the refund window has closed, which is why refund requests must be submitted within the given timeframe.

Why do I need to pay a refund fee?

The refund fee is equal to the price of one drink. If you plan your spending well, you can usually use up the full balance on your bracelet and avoid the fee altogether.

Cashless systems are convenient, but they’re not cheap to operate. The fee helps cover the cost of the bracelet and the administrative handling of a large number of refunds.

Since many people mentioned they were unhappy with the refund fee, we’ve added a few alternatives:

Donate the refund fee to a good cause — as a festival community, we’re happy to support this

Reinvest your remaining balance (including the refund fee) in merchandise

Use your remaining balance (including the refund fee) toward a ticket for next year’s edition
